Dear Balboa Community Members,

Please be advised that the next regularly scheduled Balboa Reservoir Community Advisory Committee (BRCAC) meeting will take place at the City College Multi-Use Building at 55 Phelan Ave. on Monday, January 11 at 6:15pm. 

The two main items on the agenda are:

(1) A discussion of the "Additional Public Benefits" that are not addressed in previous sections of the draft Request for Proposals (RFP) and

(2) A discussion of revisions to the Housing, Open Space, Urban Design and Transportation sections of the draft RFP based on public feedback.
