Dear Community Members,

The first meeting of the Balboa Reservoir Community Advisory Committee (CAC) will be held:

Date: Wednesday, August 26, 2015
Time: 6:30–8:30 p.m.
Location: Lick-Wilmerding High School Cafeteria (see map below)
755 Ocean Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94112
(Lick-Wilmerding does not have parking, but street parking is available nearby.
The first meeting will focus on CAC goals, procedures, and roles. A regular schedule for future CAC meetings will be determined at the first meeting.
The ongoing CAC meetings consist of discussions among the nine CAC members and presentations focusing on key topics related to the development of the lower Balboa Reservoir site. The topics are inspired by the priorities that we have heard from community members at prior public workshops. The CAC feedback will help to shape the City’s upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) for the development of the lower site. The RFP is planned for release at the end of the year.
Members of the public will have the opportunity to comment, but comments will be subject to time limits according to City laws governing this kind of advisory body, which will ensure sufficient time for the meeting agenda. Members of the public may also provide input via the CAC website.
A CAC meeting schedule web page will announce upcoming meetings, and publish the meeting agendas and minutes available for download. Members of the public can sign up to receive email notifications whenever new agendas and minutes are made available. If you're interested in receiving these email alerts, visit the CAC meeting schedule web page and click on the "Stay Informed - Get Alerts for This Web Page" at the top right of the page to sign up.
