In the last couple of years, we’ve added new buses, reduced the Muni travel times and improved its on-time performance, which have led to an overall service improvement by 10 percent. It is the most significant service increase since the 1970s. We’re also investing $21 million over this current fiscal year alone to provide discount fares and free passes to low-income seniors, youth and people with disabilities.
